Can I buy clicks and credits at the same time?

Yes you can. If you assign credits and clicks to the same campaign, it's like running two separate campaigns in one. One ad runs for credit based campaign, while the other is running for clicks. It's actually a good way to maximize your campaign's potential.

I bought credits/clicks, why is my banner showing 0?

Suppose you bought 100,000 impressions package and your account balance shows 100,000 credits; your campaign will not go live until you assign the credits manually. To assign credits, roll over the 'Manage Campaign' tab and click on 'Manage Ad Campaign'. Here you will have the option to assign clicks and/or credits to your campaigns.

How do I assign credits or clicks?

You can assign credits or clicks to your campaigns using the campaign manager. Please select "Manage ad campaigns" under the "Manage campaigns" tab in the top menu.

How fast will my credits be displayed?

The answer to this question depends on the market conditions and the number of ad campaigns that are active. To increase the delivery rate of your campaign, we suggest you add another campaign with the same banner and same url. For example: If you are running one campaign with 100k credits assigned, it might take us 20 days to deliver. Instead, if you run two campaigns with 50k assigned to each, it will finish within 10 days or so.

What are credits?

Credits (or impressions) are what we use to display your ads. If your account has 1000 credits, your ad will be displayed 1000 times. You can earn impressions by displaying our ad code on your site, or by purchasing them.

What are clicks?

If you assign 100 clicks to your ad campaign, your site will receive 100 clicks. You can buy clicks by visiting the Purchase page

Revenue Sharing

What is the pay cycle/period?

When your account balance has reached more than $20, you can request a payout. All payments are processed at the 1st of each month.

How much can I earn?

The earnings depend completely on market conditions. They can range from 3 cents cpm upto 15 cents.

How can I signup?

Please note that your site (or sites) must meet the minimum requirements to apply for revenue sharing account. You can apply by going under your 'Account' and clicking on 'Revenue Sharing'

How do I start advertising my banner?

To start a new campaign, roll your mouse over 'Manage Campaign' and select 'Add New Campaign'. Follow instructions.

I don't have a banner for my site, what are my options?

1800Banners allows you to create text based campaigns if you do not have a banner made for your sites. You will see an option under Add Campaign to choose Text Ad.

Account Upgrades

What's the advantage of upgrading an account?

There are many advantages. For starters, the advertising rate is much better than buying one time impressions. And second, the upgrade packages come with more options for GeoTargeting + Guaranteed Click Rate.

What is a free banner exchange?

A free banner exchange is a group of participating Web sites that display each others' ad banners in exchange for credits; the more impressions you display the more credits you receive. The credits are then converted into ad spaces for you to display your ad banner on participating Web sites. Participating in free banner exchange programs is a great way to drive traffic to your site, especially if you have compelling content and a creative ad banner.
